I ran into a small problem today...one of the branches on one of my tomato plants broke off, and I was worried about losing all that delicious fruit. Life gave me lemons...so I made lemonade! I knew from previous experience that I loved pickled green tomatoes, so I found a basic pickling recipe, added acouple of ingredients to it to fit my tastes, and wa-la...lemonade! Once the jars cool off I'll put them in the fridge for a few days to let the flavors soak into the tomatoes, then I'll update this page with the recipe and directions.
